The building is located on the intermediate platform to the east of the Ecoparque and takes advantage of the existing unevenness to fully integrate into the topography and landscape, through the definition of a landscaped roof that extends the existing slope.

The materialization of this solution consists in the implementation of a structure in reinforced concrete, without coverings, embedded in the unevenness of the land, and whose cover extends to the south side, protecting the spaces from excessive sun exposure, and creating a framework over the distant view, which reaches the Palácio da Pena, in the Serra de Sintra. This covered outdoor space allows you to organize the outdoor leisure areas and access to the parking on the platform below.

Underneath the large roof, in exposed concrete, the different sections of the program are arranged separately in three bodies, the medical and nursing station; the refectory/pantry and space for the future kitchen; and the changing rooms, sanitary facilities and uniform distribution area.
